I have a photography web site on which I have installed JoomSimple Content Protection to disable right-click to save images. I found that, while being the ideal solution for protecting images, it also disables the display of the CAPTCHA images in Phoca Guestbook. Just wondering if anyone has also encountered this problem and figured out a way around it?
I don't want to disable JoomSimple because it's the only effective way I have found to prevent those who would be inclined to from stealing my photographs.

Re: Missing CAPTCHA characters when using image protection
Hi, no experiences there
As disabling right-click is not a solution (javascript can be disabled in seconds on the page) no idea there.
You should protect your images e.g. with help of watermarks (+ set server settings for original images, etc.) not with javascript which can be easily disabled.

Want to avoid watermarks if possible as they detract from the image. My preference is for people to be able to view the pictures without obstruction. Thanks anyhow.

Re: Missing CAPTCHA characters when using image protection
Then you don't have any chance to protect the images - what is loaded to user's browsers, can be used and taken
