Hi,
I wanted mobile phone users to be able to transmit pics to Picasa, which could then auto-display in a website. I've been using Phoca for a while, so this was a great opportunity.
But now I'm sunk, as I won't be asking my server-guy to turn on allow_url_fopen, due to the security risk it poses.
Any hope of a different approach using cURL?
Best,
allow_url_fopen: not

Thanks, Jan. Add me to your beta tester list when you are ready. I'm not in a rush. My site is about a ski lodge in Australia, and our winter season starts in June. I want guests to take pictures while skiing.

Hi, sorry, I don't understand, this is implemented yet.
It is implemented since 2.7.0 Beta (in 2.7.1 was fixed a minor problem).

Picassa with cURL
Great! didn't know you'd implemented this already! Okay, have installed 2.7.3.
But images still not coming through.
See Album tab at http://www.marouka.com.au/
Have cURL.
Have json_decode.
php 5.2.4
have picassa albums (have tried Drop Box and another I called MemberUploads) with public permission
images uploaded to picasa just fine from phone, images are there to view.
have category, with picasa fields: tried username with google email and with nickname marouka
authorised and published
have album name correctly (no blanks, no hashes, matching case eg DropBox)
have created and referenced owner folder
ownership and rights: tried various settings
Suggestions?
