Unable to Post

I just installed Phoca GB v1.32. It looks nice but, users are unable to post unless they are 'registered' users. I even changed the setting to no field to require input. it kept saying:
The name you entered belongs to a registered user on this site, Please use another one (if this is your name, please login)

Hi, did you set this parameter:

Disable User Check

Before setting it, read the info about it - it is not recommended.

I set the 'Display name in message' back to global - and it seems to work now
