[SOLVED] Problem with umlaut characters

On my site which is both in Swedish and English I have problem with a guestbookentry that doesn't show ö,ä and å correctly.

It lloks OK in the backend when I open the entry there but on the site page these characters get garbled.

Indexfile and page source shows UTF-8.

EDIT: I upgraded to 1.4 and now it works
