MOUSE OVER + DETAILS - Please Help!

Hi!
I´ve a problem whae the mouse is over in DETAILS = NOT CSS (In user registred and not registred). I used only Phoca Download (not phoca gallery)

Hi, if this is not working, try to test all other extensions,if some of them doesn't overwrite this css

Try to test it with some standard template
