Newbee Q: Guestbook Items - how to "send" them?

Hi everyone,

I'm using Phoca Guest Book ver. 1.3.2 and Joomla 1.5.8
I really dont know much about all this, I'm still learnig, so I apologize if this question has already been asked on this forum -I've searched forum but I have not find an answer, so...

I'll try to explain a problem in my own words, so if anyone could help me I would be really greatful!
So, I am an "administrator", and a person who owns a web site would like me to send him some monthly info about site. So what he wants now is, me to send him all Guest Book entries for last month period. He wants me to send him this by e-mail, so he could open a file and browse it (see entered text, IP addresses etc.).

Could anyone tell me how to do this? How can I "export" items and send them by e-mail, and in which format they will be sent - will the person who receives them be able to open this file and look all detials of guestbook items?

I hope you understan what I need to do.

Hi, there is no such option (e.g. backup the entries). So you can create some script to get them from the database but no idea how should this script work You can backup the data from the table of items in phpMyAdmin too, but then you need to clean it
