File upload screen problem

When i add a new file to phocadownload i click File Button. I get the screen with all the uploaded files in PHOCADOWNLOAD folder. Now i go down to upload files. I see this:

I cannot click one of the buttons.
Now i got 2 options:
Google Chrome: The option wont work at all, Upload files with FTP and just select.
IE8: Open a subfolder. Now the upload works fine. Even when i go back to the root

Any idea?

Hi, seems like you have enabled flash upload which does't work if your adobe flash plugin is version 10 or later. You should disable it in Settings.
