Are they listed in your Allowed File Types and not listed in your Disallowed File Types?

I don't have a problem with those files, but I do with .rar files. I do not see that they are an option to allow. What would I need to do to allow .rar files? I have some users who would like to upload in this file format. By the way, there is nothing in my disallowed files section.

You might try this post for possible settings for .rar files.
