Image module not working

Hi,

I've got a problem with Phoca Gallery Image Module.
This is what I get if I click on module. There is some warning and the design is not right.


I had this kind of model installed before, when it wasn't for the latest photos yet, just for random photo. It worked fine then.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi, do you use the latest version of both component and module (2.5.8, 2.5.7)?
