A few bugs in Alpha3

Hi, ownership and rights are not associated to folders but to categories. (folders = files and folders layer, categories = database layer). These layers are independend in Phoca Gallery. So you need to set rights for the categories and all images in the category will have the rights of the category. If you want to set ownership, you need to set it for categories too.
