Download problems

I have installed the download components and thought I`d done so correctly. However when I follow a link on my site to go to a download page I get a page with the following text on it:
404 - Component not found

You may not be able to visit this page because of:

1. an out-of-date bookmark/favourite
2. a search engine that has an out-of-date listing for this site
3. a mistyped address
4. you have no access to this page
5. The requested resource was not found.
6. An error has occurred while processing your request.

Component not found

Are you using SEF links? What is the specific link you are trying to follow?

Which version of Joomla and Phoca Download are you using?

Thanks for that. I`ve now disabled SEF URL`s and it id working OK.
