I ve installed the patch, looks good but i get a script error in ie and the button to move up to the section says 404

Which version of IE are you having the script error? I could not reproduce any errors with IE 8

Have you created a menu item for the section? It does not have to be on a menu that is visible to the public just created usable for your desired access level.
