Playing MP3's

Hi,

Not sure if this is by design but I am wanting the MP3's I use to stop playing when I close the modal windows but they don't seem to at persent.

is this right and if so does anyone know how I can make this happen?

I have alot of podcasts on a single page so I imagine users are clicking them and closing them without stopping them first.
