Problem with filename links and download button in 1.2 beta

hello all!
i installed phocadownload 1.2 beta
and i have one problem... on frontend.. in filelist inside categories...
some filenames are linked and when i click in filename it will download

and some filenames arent linked properly.. they are linked to root of my site...
and is not only filename.. is the download button to :\ the download link doenst work to :\

ex:

filename 123 bla bla bla (linked to http://www.mysite.com/phocadownload/fil ... blabla.pdf) correct!
filename 124 bla bla bla (linked to http://www.mysite.com) incorrect!

what is the problem ? how can i correct it ?

ok found the problem!
im using a plugin from joomace for creating SEF urls for phocadownload...
and it doesnt create some urls errr
