Guestbook Stopped working with Joomla 1.5.12

I upgraded to J1.5.12 and guestbook gives a 404 error. I uninstalled and reinstalled, still doesn't work. I checked an earlier install with J1.5.11 and it works aas designed.

I can access the admin interface, it is just that menu item returns 404.

ANy idea's.

It wasn't the upgrade that stopped it. I am lost. It is giving a 500 error not 404

I removed modules till it worked. It was mod_miniad that killed it.
