Phoca extension updates not being shown in Joomla update manager

I've seen several instances lately on sites I manage where Phoca extensions such as Phoca Download, Phoca Commander, etc. do not appear in the update manager even though on the Phoca website it shows I am now two versions behind in some cases. For example this morning Phoca Download was two versions behind but despite hitting the refresh updates button the newer versions do not display.

In the update manager is says the URL being used is
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/PhocaCz/PhocaDownload/master/manifest.xml

I can see in that file that the 6.1.5 update is listed but despite this it does not show in the Joomla update window.

I am having the same problem for several Phoca extensions on at least four different Joomla sites.

Hi, hard to say what can be wrong there, the XML is still same as it was and is active :

So no idea what can be wrong there
