Orders view: missing tooltips for Invoice/Delivery Note and dark Delivery Note icon

I found two small issues in the frontend Orders view of Phoca Cart.

In My Orders, when a completed order displays the three action buttons:

View order
View invoice
View delivery note

the View order button correctly shows its tooltip when hovering over it, but the Invoice and Delivery Note buttons do not.

Looking at:

site/views/orders/tmpl/default.php

the Order link includes a title attribute on the <a> element, while Invoice and Delivery Note only pass the title to PhocacartRenderIcon::icon().

For example, the Order button has:

title="' . Text::_('COM_PHOCACART_VIEW_ORDER') . '"

on the <a> element, but the Invoice and Delivery Note links do not.

It would be more consistent if all three links had their corresponding title attributes:

View order
View invoice
View delivery note

It would also be useful to add the same text as aria-label for accessibility.

There is also a small visual inconsistency with the Delivery Note button when using the SVG icons: its icon is rendered dark/black over the colored button background, while the Order and Invoice icons are white. Making the Delivery Note icon inherit the button text color would make the three buttons visually consistent.

I temporarily corrected both issues locally with a system plugin, without modifying Phoca Cart core files.
