Shipping delivery

HI.
How to resolve problem:
Orders where the customer wants to order 1 item.
But such shipping is not profitable.

In phoca I see a mechanism that allows you to set the quantity etc. But it works by hiding the shipment and there is no message. E.G. Order from 1,000 Euro or 5 pcs.

Any idea how to resolve? Plus how to setup for group or one category products?

Hi, you can write any information e.g. in module on the website, the info in Phoca Cart is displayed in checkour where the rules are checked.

I setup rules but i don't see example. Where write about information. "You must have more in your cart to order."
Or example setup rules.
From this category shipping is realised only if you are buying 5 pcs this item.

Hi, what do you mean with examples. If you set own rules, you even should be able to describe on your websites. The rules are general so there is no specific message as you can combine different, etc. The principle is only one - if the shipping or payment fit the rules it is displayed, if not, it is not displayed. But there can be a mix of rules so there is no automatic message like "this shipping is displayed and available but shipping A or B not, because ..."
