It is possible to create and define licenses for file downloads. Users are required to click on these licenses in order to download a file. For GDPR compliance purposes, it is crucial to log - at the time of download - that the specific license existed and that the user indeed clicked to accept it. Is it currently possible to log this information? Alternatively, if this functionality is not yet available, could it be implemented in a future version to ensure compliance with European GDPR regulations and enable the legally secure use of the system?
Thank you.

Re: Logged License Acceptance?
Hi, you can create licenses and user can be forced to confirm the license before downloading. But there is no log for this feature. e.g. how to log anonymous users?

Re: Logged License Acceptance?
But the system is already logging: Which user downloaded which file, and how often?
It would essentially just be one additional option that gets logged - namely, the license and the fact that the user clicked the "confirm checkbox".
Another good option would be the date, when it was downloaded. But the thing above would be most important.
Anonymous users could be logged the same way with user name "anonymous". I did not test, but it is already logging so how does it log anonymous users now as phoca download is already doing it?
