I am researching a project. I want to have a BUYER and ADMIN and a RECIPIENT

ADMIN back end. Obvious

BUYER: no back end access. ADMIN manages.
Purchase tokens in bulk each unique but to download a specific file.
Number of downloads limited until tokens consumed or replenished by Admin
Links to download obfuscated and expire once used to redeem a token

END USER: gets token as a gift from buyer, Email plus token used to redeem but email not tied to the token as the back end does not have that information. Email used to send thank you email. Landing page to download from web. Once a token is redeemed it is removed from balance and a redemption notice email is sent to buyer to alert them to remove token from their local pool so its not sent again.

Hi, Phoca Cart includes parts which could by a part of your system but for most of them, customization of the whole extension needs to be done. If Phoca Cart or Phoca Download. For both it is the same.
