Issues with Fields in Billing and Shipping address not showing -Guest user.

On my shop site I have the following fields in the Billing And Shipping Address:
First Name
Last Name
Address
Town City
Postcode

When people checkout as a GUEST the Town City Field and the Postcode are found in the order when you click on the order number but they do not appear in the email sent to the customer or on the invoice generated in the Order menu. How can I fix this.
