Category Images

Hi, sorry to bother you again.

I am trying to create new categories but can't generate the thumbnails, I get the following when I upload and select an image (even one I've successfully uploaded to another category (after I've renamed it)


It just stays there, If I click 'Save' I get


Any thoughts?

Thanks but not the same issue, that was Phoco Gallery and displaying images, mine is Phoco Cart and generating thumbnails in Categories.

I've done some more playing and it appears only to happen with images over about 1.2Mb

I upgraded Joomla to 5.3.3 yesterday which is when the problem started, is it possible that Joomla put a file size restriction?

Hi,

I've played some more, the images are uploaded fine, I FTP downloaded one and it's exactly the same as the 1.6Mb version I uploaded.

Hi, try to see your webhosting settings, if there are no limits. Do you have problems when uploading an image or when generating the thumbnail?

Thanks for the reply, the problem was with generating thumbnails.

I restored the site from a couple of days old Akeeba Backup and the problem went away and hasn't returned.

I've no idea
