Good morning everyone.
I would like to make it so that when a user pays by bank transfer, the system gives them a discount.
I have entered the discount percentage but the order amount is offset with a rounding of equal value which cancels the discount. How can I correct this problem?

I can't answer your question. Please note the following:
Migrate your site from Joomla 3 to Joomla 4, using the appropriate Phoca package. Then update to Joomla 5.

Did you try to disable rounding in Phoca Cart Options?
