Phoca Cart skips PayPal

I'm using Phoca Cart to sell downloadable PDFs. After completing the Checkout Cart and being sent to PayPal, the order is already available in the "Your Product Downloads" page. And this despite NOT following thru with a PayPal transaction. What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

this all is managed by Order status, so change in administration, that the file will be available after e.g. the order status will be changed to completed (it can be changed by payment method or manually)

Hi Jan, thank you for the reply. I double-checked all the order statuses and they all say NO except order status completed which says YES. However, the order is available in the Products Download even without completing the PayPal. What might be wrong?

What do you mean with "Products Download"?

This is a page that lists the products a person purchased thru PayPal. For example, my page is

So you mean Phoca Cart Download view, where are displayed all files which can user download.

Are you 100%, no one order status changed the option to release the downloads for user? E.g. some orders status which changed the order to be able to display downloads then was changed to another status, etc.

Testing now, the downloads are displayed only when the status release them

Yes, Phoca Cart Download view (which I added to my site menu) for me always gets the download file even though I did not complete the PayPal purchase.

I am testing now, on different servers, and for me everything is OK, the download is released, after some Status will change it
