It seems like Phoca

Post by Jan »

It seems like Phoca Guestbook cannot create database tables...

Try the last Phoca Guestbook version, it should tell to you where is a problem while creating tables in database... or take a look at your database via phpMyAdmin and see if there are phocaguestbook tables, if not, create them manually via phpMyAdmin

more info you get here:

I tried to re-instal

Post by lonetour »

I tried to re-install PhocaGuestbook, as it was not working properly, and now i get the following error:

Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:The MySQL adapter "mysql" is not available.

This is on all pages, on the Front End and in the Admin site.

I have tried creating database tables, as above, but the issue remains.

Any ideas?

regards

Are the table names correct?... Do you have all Joomla! tables in your database?

but the install.bak

Post by Jan »

but the install.bak is full (the install.sql must be empty, because of upgrading script in Phoca Gallery which have own SQL query, so the data from install.sql is saved in install.bak file)
