No more Thumbnails

Hi Jan
Just uploaded 144 news images in PG and discovered that thumbails are not generated anymore

Now i have the word "resize image" instead of the thumbnail in the image menu of PG

When i click on one thumbnail a blank screen appear with the words "the image could not be loaded"

When i select an old correct thumbnail and i recreate it then i got the same issue (no more thumbnail and "the image could not..")

Any idea to correct this big issue ?

Hi, can you paste some screenshots to see which kind of errors you get there.

Is thumbnail generation enable in Phoca Gallery options? Are you sure, on server there is enough plase and ownership and rights of folders are OK, so php script can write files into the folders?

I changed several parameters including the thumbmail generation option to YES and now it's working again

So in fact with this option to NO you cannot manually ask to generate it ? You have to setup it to YES to be able to generate the thumbnail ? event manualy ?

Yes, it needs to be enabled to create thumbnails (this is in fact security options when the system tries to do thumbnails in loop, so it can be disabled. When disabled, it is disabled even for manual recreating)
