Beta releases

I follow Phoca Cart Beta releases on GitHub and I noticed that few latest versions displays both, Netto and Brutto prices when No Tax Price is selected in Tax Calculation settings.



There are some differences in product_price.php that causes this behavior starting from line 58.

I noticed one more thing. There is no more option to turn off cache in Phoca Cart Cart Module in RC and Beta.
Without that option shopping cart does not update products.

Phoca Cart RC1 clicking on Checkout Terms And Conditions Checkbox link opens article with Terms And Conditions in popup window but
also in main window.
