I'm using Joomla 1.5.9 and i installed the ini files for a dutch front-end of Phoca Guetsbook to: /public_html/administrator/language/nl-NL and to /public_html/language/nl_NL but the rontend still show Phoca Guestbook in English...
Can anyone help me. Please?

And I chose Dutch in de user configuration for the backend aswel for the frontend...

Just unzip the language file ZIP and copy both ini files into the following folders (on your server)
language/es-ES/
administrator/language/es-ES
