Random picture on Joomla start page?

I have a gallery with approx. 20.000 pictures and I'd like to either have a) an automatically changing random picture (e.g. after some time) or b) at least a new random picture when I reload the page. All modules I found (e.g. bx_slider) work with a category, but not with "every picture available" in the whole gallery.

Did I miss something - or is this functionality not existing in PhocaGallery? Thank you!

Is there really nothing like such a feature available?
The "Phoca Gallery Image Module" doesn't work in J4 as far as I found out...
