With errors reporting set to Maximum:

Deprecated: ucfirst(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($string) of type string is deprecated in E:\xampp\htdocs\Joomla3\components\com_phocagallery\phocagallery.php on line 58

Understand it is not an error, just a reminder.
So, I followed this advice and changed subject row to:

$classname    = 'PhocaGalleryController'.ucfirst($controller ?? '');

Same note with Phoca Download component.

Hi, thank you for the info, will be changed in next version of Phoca Download.

In Phoca Gallery, this was changed, try to test newest Beta:
