Cannot chage download folder

All my content for download section is on a [NAS] Networ Attached Storage device. Therefore the path to the files are in this format '//192.168.1.1/video', i can also create a virtual directory. However when i set the download folder to ''\\192.168.168.168\media\video'' i get an error message, aslo when i use the virtual directory i get the same error message.
Is there anyway for phoca to access the files on the NAS

Hi, sorry I don't know behaviour on NAS, do you get some specific error message ?

When i go to create a 'file' i get the error message........ "JFolder::files: Path is not a folder"
