Email always sent to administrator

Hello,

emails are always sent to the administrator instead of the user chosen in the composant parameters.
in the global configuration php mailfunction is selected, in the composant parameters a user B is selected.
"Receive System E-mails " is YES (doesn't change anything if i put it to NO).

all other contact forms work fine and send the email to the correct destination.

I use phoca guestbook 1.3.0 .

Am i missing someething or is there a know bug or trick to it?
