Re: Time Off?
the date is not filled automatically, so if you upload some image and add it to system, the field should be empty, after you will save it, the current date should be added automatically ...

Re: Time Off?
Jan,
Thanks, I see what you mean and it works. One another thing, when I goto upload another file, the existing file shows as you can see. So it looks like phoca will show all files uploaded, is that correct?
Is there anyways around that? I mean, if I get hundereds of files uploaded it'll take awhile when I upload one to find it in the list, if it keeps expanding. Hope that makes sense.
Also, how can you delete em from the backend? Lets say if if you wanna upload the same file on another day cuz u updated it. It wont let you now, cuz it says it already exists. What are the ways around this? Thanks!!

Re: Time Off?
Hi, this is the same as in your file manager, you need to create your own folder tree. I you don't any folder tree in your total commander, then you will have the same large list of files like in Phoca Download. For deleting and other actions just use FTP or some media manager which you can install into your Joomla!

Re: Time Off?
Just jumping in here as this relates to what I wanted to ask about...I have a folder tree as you describe it Jan which can be seen when uploading files in Phoca Download, however, when I go to the media manager, the phocadownload folder is visible but it contains none of the files I've uploaded nor any of the folders I've created when uploading files.
Under download settings it says the download folder is "phocadownload", not "/home/.mura/stgeorgeftp/stgeorge.epiphanygames.com.au/images/phocadownload" which is the full link name provided by media manager. Should it say the latter?
The files I've uploaded have gone somewhere as I can access them to create a download file using phoca download...I just can't delete them as I can't find them in media manager.
Any ideas or suggestions?

Re: Time Off?
Hi, as default there is a phocadownload folder which is stored in web root... it means: /phocdownload (like /images /administrator /components etc.)

There are two phocadownload folders by default; one in the /images folder (which can be opened in the media-manager) and one in the root of your site (/ ), which cannot be opened with the media-manager. This latter contains all the uploaded files.
