Can't get TAXes working

Trying to set up a few products to figure out how this extension works and if it will do what we need.

I ran through the Wizard. We've set up all the basics. We've got products, categories, Manufactures, Shipping, Countries, Regions, Payment, Currencies. We can't seem to add anything to the Vendors page, once open none of the buttons work, see my other thread in this section.

Currently we have 2 products added.
Product 1: Training Class - $169.99, Tax rate: Ontario (13% HST) everything else is default.
Payment options: COD, Pay in Person, PayPal. All have Ontrio set as the tax rate, type: common

When I select the product, and check out, taxes are not displayed. I see Subtotal and Total = $169.99. Regardless of payment option selected Tax is NOT added. If I set a price for the payment type, I see that gets added to the price after Subtotal and it includes a breakdown of the price/tax/total but only for the shipping portion. Tax is NOT added to the item being purchased. It should be much easier to set up a NO SHIPPING option.

I also keep seeing this error: /public_html/administrator/components/com_phocacart/libraries/phocacart/price/price.php on line 71

Managed to get this working. Seems a little odd that these settings are hiding under Options.

Hi, what do you you mean with "hiding under Options"? Are they not visible in Options on your server?
