no display of the download section

hi,

I've installed the component at my local host. in the mainmenue list i can choose 'phoca download section list layout' (no adjust possibilities at 'basis parameter'?!, only component and system parameter).
I compiled a download section and download categories. in the fontend will not show any downloads only the 'powerd by phoca'-link. (joomla 1.5.9 + firefox 3.0.5) please help me. thanx a lot.

??? do you have published all sections/categories/files ?

yes. but i´ve got an error by installing der file 'de-DE.com_phocadownload.zip' (Fehler: Es konnte keine XML-Setupdatei in diesem Paket gefunden werden!) is it the file for the fontend? only the file 'com_phocadownload_v1.0.6_beta.zip' is installing successful.

try to install the language file with help of ftp...

just copy the files into:
language/de-DE
administrator/language/de-DE
