Hi, I think you need to ask some server expert if you don't know the terms like ownership or permissions of the files and folders on your server. Permissions and ownership of the files and folders are a server thing based on server settings. So you need to ask your server / webhosting operator, if accessing the files on your server is OK (accessing regarding permissions or ownership)
