Downloads not appearing

Joomla: 3.7.4
PHP: 5.6.31
MySQL: 5.6.35
Phoca Cart: 3.0.0 RC9

I have attached a download to several products. When I sell one of those products, it was my understanding that the download would appear in two places: -

1. On the Phoca Cart Downloads page
2. On the Phoca Cart Orders page

I do not see any download links in either of those places.

Any suggestions on what I have done wrong?

Hi, there is the same behaviour like by emailing of customers. Displaying of downloads is done based on order status. So when user makes an order, the status is "pending". As default "pending" has: Download: No.

So you can set this to "Yes"
But of course as default, it is set to "No" so the user can download the files when the order is confirmed.

Please test and let me know.

The updated file you provided me with has fixed the problem!

I then needed to re-attach the download file to the product and save the product. Then when I confirmed an order, the downloads appeared on the Downloads page in the back-end and the front-end.

Looks like this one is resolved as well.
