Can't create Sections

Hello,

i downloaded your "Phoca Download" and install it. Very easy
But --- I can't create Sections. If i click the "Add"-Button in the Section-Manager, i was redirected to the Joomla-Control-Panel (without any error-message!)

My Versions:
- Joomla 1.5.9
- Phoca Download 1.0.5
- Windows 2008 Web-Edition
- PHP 5.2.8

Can anybody help me?
My Joomla-Admin-Panel:
Url: http://sunnyware.de/test3/administrator
User: admin
Pass: joomlapass

Ftp-Account:
Server. 85.131.218.51
User: joomlatest
Pass: joomlapass

I found the solution!
I hosted my joomla on a Windows 2008 Server with IIS7. But there is an problem with the REQUEST_URI server-variable. You have to install following fix:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/954946/en-us

Now it works
