How to upgrade a version

Dear friends,

My website is using the 1.0.5 beta version of Phoca Download. How can I make an upgrade to 1.0.5 stable version without lost data?

Don't uninstall the component (because while uninstalling data will be lost), just download new version and install it in Joomla! (standard way) and then you get two options: INSTALL or UPGRADE, just click on upgrade and the component will be upgraded...
