Error dowloading PDF files

Hi,

I read a previous posting about errors when downloading a PDF file. I have the same problem, it onluy works with a direct link.

Is there a solution for this problem?

No solution yet, because I don't know the problem why some servers have problems with PDF (it should be the question of Server + Browser) ... on my all test servers everything works

Ok, but then when I use the Direct Link option, the file doesn't open in a blank screen. I've selected this in the general settings (external download link: blank)

Direct link is a direct link, the file is displayed in your browser, it depends on your browser if e.g. PDF file will be downloaded or opened...
