no captcha in other language

Hello phocas

I have a site with Joomla 1.5, Joomfish and Phoca Guestbook. The guestbook works fine when I select German language (my "master" language), my site is also in Spanish and when I select spanish the captcha image,the text field and the reload icon dissapear I don't know why.
any idea?

Hi, see your language ini files:

in language/de-DE/com_phocaguestbook.ini file , see if strings are ok there?

Hi Jan,

the strings in German are ok. My problem are not the strings in German. The whole table row where is the captcha picture is desapearing when I switch to Spanish. Do you understand me?

you could check out your parameters in the JoomFish translation to see if there's captcha enabled.

thanks Carolien. Just, I don't know exactly where I have to check. I didn't know that I have to enable captcha in Joomfish. Can you please tell me how?

In the backend go to Components >> JoomFish >> translate
select spanish and menu-items
select your phoca guestbook menu-item

now you see the translation screen.
Scroll down to the parameters (component) and look if enabled captcha is set to yes, or to global.
