Registered user can't dowload file

i set the Registered user can dowload file,
but it doesn't work. only super user can download.
show message:Please login to download the file
why?

Hi, which version of Phoca Download you are using?
There is access rights and access - try to see if access is not set (if the super user is not only selected)

i didn't set access rights and access i set is public,
however, i want to everyone can see the file,
but only registered user can download

i already Set Access level to e.g. Registered and set Display Unaccessible File to Yes,
but cant work, still say Please login to download the file

Hi, this should be correct, when the public user see the files and wants to download them, then the system asks for login before download.
