PD Tags and SEF

Hi,
I have a problem with standard Joomla SEF on (I tried to set off SEF and everything goes well).

In PD Config, I set tags = "Search Outcome" and Display File View = NO. (If I set Display file to yes everything is ok, but I dont' want to: I like that page layout!)

If you click on a tag, i.e. "Senza manodopera", you obtain a page where is not possibile to download any file. Each link brings you to the pd home.
The SEF URL is something like "...modulistica-e-circolari/category/?download=10:lettera-di-invito". I think the problem is that ":lettera-di-invito": if you cancel it, everything is going.
Anyone knows how to solve my issue?

Hi, the "lettera-di-invito" is an alias but the alias does not have any influence on the download function as only integer (number) from the url is taken:

it will be download the file with number (ID) 10, the alias is ignored there.

So this seems like some wrong configuring on the server

the "10:lettera-di-invito" is in integer (number) just 10

yeah...the strange behaviour is that if I cancel the ":" + the following alias everything goes....did you check this configuration on your servers and eveyithing was correct?
what do you suggest to check in the server configuration? .htaccess? or what else? 3

Unfortunately, I cannot say, I know, on some servers, this is the case, but I never get information from any users who had such problem if he/she solved it and which way he/she solved it. I tried to test it on different servers and everywhere I get standard behavior. So for now I don't have any experience and and information what to check, what to change?

sorry to bother you again. We have tried to check our server configuration but nothing seems to be interested with this strange behaviour.
Unlike what I said previuosly, the issue is not solved if you cancel ":" + the following alias. What is missing in the SEF url is the word "tags".
Indeed, when I click a tag I obtain this URL "http://www.lnl.infn.it/index.php/it/mod ... ag?tagid=9" but from there, if I click on a file i obtain i.e. "http://www.lnl.infn.it/index.php/it/mod ... -di-invito" where the word "tag" after "category" is missing! If I add "tag" as " http://www.lnl.infn.it/index.php/it/mod ... -di-invito" everything works.
Are you sure that is not a component issue? I am at my wit's end... O__o

yes, everything is working right without SEF.

update: indeed, it is not "tag" missing in the SEF url between "/category/" and "?". If I insert any letter or number or even a space before "?", everything is working!!
i.e. http://www.lnl.infn.it/index.php/en/mod ... -di-invito --> does not work, but

Hi, I have changed the behavior of this part, so this should be solved in next version.

I hope I will finish it soon, so please be patient for next release (3.1.0).
