Post tab not working after login

Hi - I am a newbie with Phoca Guestbook and am struggling a bit. When I log in as Superuser, the "post" tab appears, and i click on it and the form appears no problem,
But when I login as an ordinary registered user, the post tab appears, but does not work - no form when I click on the tab. Please assist - what am I doing wrong?

Hi,
for some Templates the 'Load Bootstrap' option helpes..
Try: backend --> Components --> Phoca Guestbook --> Control Panel --> Options --> General --> Load Bootstrap=Yes

Hi - Thanks for that but it is still not working. As i said, when logged in as Superuser - no problem. When logged in as registered user. "post message" tab appears but does not produce the form - no reaction at all.
Any more thoughts perhaps?

Hmmm, then try test the permissions of the guestbook (administration - guestbook - select the guestbook and check the permissions if registered users can paste a post )
