translation is not working

Hi,
I have problem with translation of phoca guestbook.
I have checked language files in root/language and administrator/language and in component/language. Everywhere is right language file sk-SK.com_phocaguestbook.ini with right translation. Inspite of that my book is still in English. Could you please help me?

Hi, did you enable Slovak language for whole site (site - frontend)
- did you check the the ini files are it both folders - in right folders - in sk-SK
- are the ini files updated and for right Joomla! version?
