How to Modify PDF Template

May I know how to modify the output of the PDF i.e. the CSS and HTML? Is there a template or CSS file?

For the pagination aligning - I didn't find any way to customize it in TCPDF class, so you can try it directly in TCPDF class which renders the PDF but for now I really cannot say if this is possible
