I've just downloaded the gallery component and think it's great. I'm just trying to work out the perfect settings for how I want my site to work and I hope you can help before I load up all my images.
I want to use the Piclens option for full screen viewing of my photos as well as the standard pop up. I want to be able to display my pictures in good quality when in full screen mode in piclens but don't want the Piclens wall to take ages to load.
What size original images would you recommend I upload and what settings do I need to make in Phoca to achieve a good quality full screen image in Piclens but without slowing down anything else? I want to try and get this right before I start. I know some of this might be a bit of trial and error but I'm sure other users will have gone through the same process? Can anyone help please?

Re: Optimum original image size for full screen Piclens
Hi, if you want to display original image in piclens, maybe 1024 x 768 should be optimum, there are new wide monitors but still notebooks with 1024 x 768 and I think it is standard, so this should be ok...
