Problem with thumbnails creation

Hi

you ve done a great job with Phoca !

i ve installed Joomla with Phoca and it was working well until i add a 2nd category
it doesnt create thumbnails at all. there is no thumbs folder in the folder category too.

it was working fine for the first category.

i also make an update (i installed the 1.86 beta in the first time) with the 2.01, and now, i ve got this message on my public gallery

do you have a solution for this problems ?

edit : i created thumbnails manually until that, but, i also found others error messages

i found a solution for the thumbnails, it was my fault.

but for the error messages ? did somone else have this problem ? i search on the website, but didnt found
