Hi,
I just installed Phoca Gallery and anything works fine during installation.
But after install I'm not able to upload any image.
I can create folders and no error occurs when I upload one or multiple image(s).
However after upload the images are not available ...
Just for testing I installed Phoca Download - here I can upload images without any problem ...
Maybe somebody have got an idea what could be wrong?
Thanks,
Andre

Re: Can't upload image
??? Phoca Download and Phoca Gallery use the same upload behaviour ???
see permissions of both folders:
images/phocagallery
phocadownload ...
if there are the same...
is the ftp layer enabled ?

Re: Can't upload image
Hi Jan.
yes I thought so that's the reason I'm very confused because of the permissions are the same...
Like phocadownload the folder phocagallery has got attributes 777.
When I create a folder inside phocagallery it has attributes 755.
It doesn't matter if I try to upload into phocogallery or the subfolders I create - no images will be there.
Also I wounder about I don't get any error message ...
No the ftp layer is disabled - also when I tested out phocadownload.
Thanks,
Andre

Re: Can't upload image
The problem is solved - Jan was right, it was my fault
Because of an error (Allowed memory size of 8388608 kb exhausted) when I tried to install the Gallery I changed the memory size limit for this webspace - and on this way I also changed the temp directory.
In the new temp directory there was a htaccess which cause the problem ...
Thanks at all!

Re: Can't upload image
Isn't it funny?
After my last post I again can't upload anymore ...
So deleting the htasccess, upload one image - after that same problem happens again.
Phoca Download also can't upload anymore.
Well I'm not the Linux-Server expert but I think this isn't quite normal?!?!
The account has no limits, eg. quota etc. ...
Maybe somebody with some more knowledge about Linux can point me where I can found a log for error messages while uploading.
