Want Search option for gallery

Hi,

i am php developer, i am using joomla 3.3.3 and phoca gallery 4.1.1.

i want Search option for gallery, i we have 3 combo Date-Month-Year when user press button images are filter in particular category based on Date selected, so guide be where i can submit search form and where i can set query for that?
